PSU for my PC

Need suggestion to buy a psu for my pc.
Configuration:
core2 duo 2.53ghz
4 gb ram
7750 sapphire 1gb ddr5
inter dg31pr board.

i would not like to spend much...

400w - 450w should be fine for your build. I would recommend looking at the corsair cx series, they are great budget PSUs. Try to find one that has an 80+ bronze, they have a good reputation.
