Which brand and model? Both should work if they are of high quality.

But I recommend 650W to reduce strain if you overclock and make it future proof for upgrades.

A good 550W power supply would be fine for overclocking both the i7 8700k and GTX 1070ti.

I have a EVGA 550w B3 80+ bronze

If you already own the EVGA B3 550, it’s fine. It’s a good quality, budget unit.
Only big downfall was the improperly set OPP on some units tested which lead to the PSU dying, but I’m not sure if this is still an issue.
