So I'm building a new gaming computer and can't figure out what kind of psu to buy, I did some reading but I'm still not sure what I need. Here is a list of my parts so far:

AMD Phenom ii x6 1090t be
Asus Crosshair v Formula
MSI HD 6950 2gb
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
Noctua NH-C14
DLink DWA-552
ASUS 24X DVD Burner Black SATA Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS
NZXT Hades

I plan on overclocking and I will probably add another graphics card eventually. Will a 750 watt power supply be enough? Will it be overkill? What else do I need to look for in a power supply? Thanks!

The X6 phenom wont run games faster than a cheaper X4

The motherboard is a top end part [ designed to help people run 3 graphics cards ] so unless you plan on doing that its poor value . There are other crossfire FX990 boards that will run two cards ,perform the same and cost $80 less

Even crossifred a 750 watt psu is enough , but an 850 watt quality unit will be under less stress and probably have a longer life cycle
