PSU for new GPU

Hi forum,
I'm going to change my GPU to Asus ROG StriX GTX 1070 8GB OC Version.
And I'm getting a new PSU as well, wondering if Corsair VS650 good enough for my new GPU. I'm not going to do SLI for my build.

In terms of wattage 550W are enough.
The VS is poor quality.
The RMx 500 or CXM550 would be better choices.

How about CM B600 Ver.2? compared to VS650 which is better?

Both are pretty bad.

Some suggestions:
Anything made by Seasonic or Super Flower
Anything made by XFX except for the XT-line or the TS430
EVGA Supernova GS / G2 / G3 / B2
Cooler Master V / VS
Antec High Current / High Current Gamer
BeQuiet Dark Power / Straight Power 10

My budget is limited to $60. Any other recommendation I could get in this price range?

Usually a Seasonic S12II fits that range.
As does a Corsair CXM550 or a Super Flower Golden Green / HX and a XFX Pro or XFX core.
But it depends on your location.

I've decided to go for Corsair CX650M. I guess that's good enough for my build?
