PSU for overclocked i5-4690k (4.5Ghz at 1.30v)

This will be my build and i would like to know what psu would i need to achieve the 4.5ghz at 1.3volts on this processor

CPU: i5-4690k
MB: gigabyte z97x gaming5
GPU: gigabyte gtx970 or r9 390
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
plus 16gb cl9 1600mhz memory and a western digital 1tb 7200 rpm blue

That would definitely be a good choice but I dont think you need 750W. Nevertheless, if you went with it, it wouldn't be a mistake
