Going to buy this next month...

Intel 3.5 GHz LGA1150 Core i7 4770K Processor
ASRock Z87 Extreme 4 Motherboard
ASUS GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2 GB
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
Samsung 840 Series 120 GB SSD Internal Hard Drive (MZ-7TD120BW)
Seagate Barracuda 3 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST3000DM001)

I want to oc i7 4770k till 5 GHz (max if possible) and no need of oc graphic card unless needed, which power supply to use? earlier I decided for Cooler master 500 watts. But I think overclocking will need more watts. So I used eXtreme Power Supply Calculator but I didn't understand the term vCore. Please anyone can tell me that thing.

I read reviews that for i7 4770k, at load it consumes more power than previous one 3770k and radiates more temperature. I am from India and here temperature in summer is around 45-47 degree (max). So standard air cooling system is ok with this overclocked processor.
