The 770 needs a 42A 12v rail. It looks like that PSU's 12v rail is 62A, though I could only find the American counterpart, so I'm not 100% sure, but it would have to differ by more than 30% to matter.

It may be wiser to go for a lower wattage, like 600W. Once your PSU starts operating below 20% of full load, its efficiency drops drastically, and your system is going to operate at idle (~100W-130W) for the majority of its existence. The 20% threshold for a 750W unit is 150W. The 20% threshold on a 650W PSU is 130W.

The 770 OC, on full load, will draw 300W by itself, which would put you solidly at 50% of a 600W PSU before adding the draw of other components. Even the EVGA Superclocked version only requires a 600W PSU. http://www.evga.com/products/pdf/02G-P4-2771.pdf

Your processor, even on a 5Ghz OC (yeah I know I'm leaving some details out, maybe others can fill them in), isn't going to reach 300W, and your CPU and GPU are never under full load at the same time (and a 5Ghz OC for playing games is just silly; your CPU wouldn't be a bottleneck at stock speeds).

Check this benchmark, and notice they're measuring overall system draw in a system with a GTX 580 also idling: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2012/05/01/intel-core-i5-3570k-cpu-review/7
