I was thinking to buy psu but a cheap one have no money right now for better. Will this psu work for this gpu? 500W EE-ATX-500W-IR

The PC was meant to be x4 740, 8gb ddr3 and r7 260x 1gb ddr5

You are talking about a card that can use 115W, and you have 168W. No, I wouldn't run that card on that PSU shaped object.
