PSU for R9 270 and gtx 760

Because it has less amps on the +12V rail (which are more important than any of the pecularities of the PSU) as compared to the ones that I have mentioned.

IAMEXTREME is correct, a 500w Corsair or Seasonic will do you just fine. What country are you in? The best place to buy depends greatly on where you're located.

You might want to look at getting a new PSU with more Watts. Your PSU is at its most efficient when it is at 50% load.
