Can the EVGA 430 W1, 80+ WHITE 430W or Cooler Master Thunder 600W support GPU like asus radeon r9 270 and 8 GB DDR4 RAM , SSD, Ryzen 5 1400? And a small OC to the ryzen?

The R9 270 is not an overly power hungry card and when paired with a quad core Ryzen 5, DDR4 memory, and an SSD, 430W should be enough to power the system, although headroom will be limited and Crossfire will not be an option.
