Question PSU for R9 390

I recently started experiencing issues with my pc. On some games under intense load it would shut down. Same with Furmark. I tried lowering the clock speed the same issue kept on arising. So few days after I get a PSU from a friends PC to see if my Supply is the culprit, and the shutdowns stopped. So now I know its the PSU. I need some suggestions as to what PSU would be good enough to power this machine?

CPU - Core i7-3770k 3.5GHz
RAM - 16gb 1600MHz RAM
GPU - MSI R9 390 8GB GPU
CASE - Thermaltake Versa J25 TG RGB Case
HDD- 1TB Seagate barracuda 7200rpm
SSD - 250GB Samsung 860 EVO
MB - Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H Mobo
Failed PSU - Thermaltake Smart SE 650W 80Plus Bronze PSU

The one I see in the local shops is Corsair TX650M 80Plus GOLD PSU. Keeping in mind I plan to OC the CPU , GPU and RAM (maybe) is this PSU any good? Or should I look for something else?

A 650W is plenty
even a 450w is "enough"
but i think a 650w is a good balance, as a good, long lasting psu that might even be able to take a new
upgraded pc down the line

and corsair is a great choice.

No. That PSU would be enough for your needs. That's a very good high quality PSU from Corsair. No issues using this PSU model.
