Hi everyone
recently acquired the RTX 3070 but I'm not really sure if my power supply can hold it.

I currently have the cx550f 80 plus bronze

my specs are:
i5 11400f
1TB nvme m2
16gb ram ddr4 3200 mhz
5 fans rgb
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ml240l rgb v2
aorus b560 pro ax

Do you think it is necessary to update the power supply?

In the power supply calculators mention that 450w is enough but im not really sure

Thanks for the help

Ampere cards can spike quite high. If it were me, I would get a 650 or 750w gold model from the A tier with a 10 year warranty. Some Corsair CX models are decent but not sure about the ones that end with 'F'
What country?

Looks like HEC is the oem for those. I think the normal CX650 is Great Wall or CWT depending on the SKU
Yes and I would agree with you a nice Corsair RMX 650/750 RM 650/750 usually a bit lower in cost still good quality and I would probably get the 750 just to have more headroom.

EDIT I think the days of needing 400 watts for the PC and buying a good 550 watt are about gone with todays hardware.

Thanks you for the answer

I think i'll buy the cx750 beacuse probably upgrade the i5 to i7

the cx series f is a good psu, very quiet and the cables in white looks good with my ensemble
