PSU for RX 480

So i wanted to buy a new psu for rx 480 and i5 3.2 mghz

do you think i should buy seasonics s12ii 520W or 620W which should i get?
Alsoare there any other reccomendations for PSU (Im on a budget so maybe under $70 for the psu if possible)

The M12ii is a better psu than the S12ii. What is your budget for a psu? There may be better options the seasonic G series, evga G2, or corsair RMx for example.
It depends on the quality of you card and what you are trying to get out of it ... not all AIB cards are created equal ... the ones that allow the biggest OCs, use more power. And obviously, OC'd systems require more power.

And that's w/o overclocking ... an OC'd Intel CPU would add 125-135 watts ...OCing the card could add 10-20% to its consumption.
