PSU for Ryzen: TH Tier & Recommended lists

Hi all

I am building a new PC based on the Ryzen 7 1700x CPU.
I am looking at the PSU and received a recommendation for the EVGA Supernova G3 650w.

Now, looking at the TH Tier list (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html), this PSU is un-rated. Would you expect to be on par with the G2 (i.e. Tier 1)?

Or can you recommend another one (modular) at the same price tag? (some sites report Corsair RM650x to be a good alternative to the G3, but TH list as tier1 only the 1000w version..)

It is unrated but is equal/better than the G2 as it is its replacement. (Tier list is far from being complete being updated by volunteers))
