Hello, I want to build a PC with these components in mind, The PSU is the one that I have the most problems with, in my country Peru local stores have a poor catalogue of PSUs, here there are few 850W Full modular Gold PSUs, and the ones that I checked have some complaints, like the XPG Core Reactor 850W (cables are not so flexible and are shorts, I read it on review sites) or the EVGA Supernova G5 850W (louder, I read it on review sites), however, sites like the Linus Tech Tips about PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/topic/1116640-psucultists-psu-tier-list/, have the XPG and EVGA PSUs mentioned above in the recommended list.
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: MSI RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio (Only component I have so far)
MOBO: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16GB (2x8) 3200Mhz
SSD: Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB
PSU Option 1: Cooler Master 850W V2 (black or white versions)
PSU Option 2: XPG Core Reactor 850W
PSU Option 3: EVGA Supernova G5 850W
CASE: MSI FORGE 100R
MONITOR: Samsung LF27T350FHLXZX

Of the models you mentioned I'd pick the XPG Core Reactor 850W in a heartbeat. There's a comprehensive review of that model right here at Tom's.

If you can find a Corsair RM850x, that would be a little better, but hard to find.
