PSU fuze blown...

I was gaming on my 4 year old pc when the breakers in my house tripped. It turns out it was my pc that caused it to happen. When I opened the psu I noticed that the fuze was blown. No other visable damage. What could have caused this to happen?

Should I get a new PSU or replace the fuze?

How do you know for sure the fuse is blown? Did you test it?

And ofcourse, replacing a fuse is a lot cheaper and less hassle than a whole new psu.

Not an expert but its the only thing thats burnt and the pc wont turn on. Not sure what caused it to blow and if it will happen again.
