PSU fuze blown...

I was gaming on my 4 year old pc when the breakers in my house tripped. It turns out it was my pc that caused it to happen. When I opened the psu I noticed that the fuze was blown. No other visable damage. What could have caused this to happen?

Should I get a new PSU or replace the fuze?
