Is this Chieftec SMART Series GPS-400A8 400W power supply good for the Inno3D GeForce GTX 1050Ti Compact 4GB? Or I need more Watt?

They make computer cases, fans and PSUs obviously. They are from Taiwan.

I would stick with the trusted brands @Horvica. Like Corsair, EVGA, Cooler Master.

Yes. For ANY thing better than the 1050Ti? No. Most of those cards don't need a PCIe supplementary power cable. If yours does this PSU has one. It's a fairly low quality PSU but it does have fairly good reviews. I don't live in or know Hungarian PC component providers.

Delta makes decent quality PSUs. While I would not buy this one, its "good enough" and won't burn your house down. If you don't already own it however I would buy something else.

Can you get Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, or Superflower where you are?

To start the Corsair CX450M is a good choice.
