Core 2 Duo 2.8GHz processor
2x 512MB DDR2 RAM
Motherboard Dell Intel i945P/PL/G/GZ
Graphic interface PCI-Express x16

What GPUs can i run?

Budget is unlimited. Problem is PSU, i have Dell Optiplex gx620 and there are no better PSUs any average graphic card.

Budget is unlimited. Problem is PSU, i have Dell Optiplex gx620 and there are no better PSUs any average graphic card would be good.

I guess you will need a Total new Computer.
Because that CPU is going to bottleneck any High-end GPU in the market.
And everything else is just way old. Look at the RAM

As you have got Unlimited Budget. I'd suggest you a New Build.
So whats your Budget now? Even a $700 will play games fine.

You should upgrade it to a High-end only if you game too much.
Its upto you. 😉

Most of the core 2 duo CPUs are 64 watts. so a 7750(45 watts) should work IF the power supply gives what it says(another 30-40 should cover a hard drive DVD drive and board), but you are honestly in the low zone.

Most dell systems are actually build rather power efficient.

Do not get me wrong, if you have he money, a new system will work WAYYY better then an upgrade to the old one.

Thanks can you name any graphic card which has 3.0 shaders and my psu can handle it it doesn't have to be 1 gb just to it has shaders 3.0 i would really appreciate it.

Almost all current cards are past shader model 3.0(that was Direct X 9c). You will see all kinds of DirectX11(shader model 5) card kicking around.

The 7750 listed above should work. Again, this all relies on the system delivering the labeled wattage.

AMD's official recommendation is a 400 watt power supply. But it all depends on the rest of the system.

Please also check to see if your case requires a lot profile card or not.

A 5570 is another card that would work, but IMO it is just too slow and takes almost as much power.

5570 or 7750, to be honest, the 7750 is WAY faster then the 5570.

Shame you do not have a power meter to see your actual power consumption.

Yes it could, just ensure your system has a free PCI-E x16 slot(for any current cards).
