Hi everyone,

I recently posted about a PSU Overload and how it wiped my HDD. The community instructed me to replace my PSU, due to the readings from HW-Monitor being inconsistent (SS coming shortly...just installed HDD - updating windows.) Now, the +12V reading on HWMonitor are reading 5.65. I hear this is extremely low, and it should not be at this value, and I have my new PSU installed. This reading was also there before my PSU was installed. Is something wrong with my PC?

Specs;

-E6600 Core 2 Duo Intel 2.4ghz
-3 GB RAM
-Seagate Barracuda 7200 500GB HDD
-Corsair 650W Active PFC PSU (supports dual gpu's)
-NVIDIA Geforce 8800GTS 320MB

Everest doesn't work sometimes as well, from experience, the software monitors are never that accurate, get a good digital multimeter and test it with that
