PSU Help Lenovo M73

I'm planning to upgrade the PSU and the GPU of my Small Form Factor Lenovo Thinkcentre M73. Problem is that I don't know what PSU to get since I'm not sure which one will fit. It is TFX form factor PSU. [strike]lol 30 minutes researching[/strike]
There are no TFX PSU with this wattage and the 6 pin PCI connector you will need (depending on which GPU you'll buy, so let me know).
