It's probably ok quality, not the best by a long shot, and it's fine on power specs. Where are you located? There may be better options available. Anything by Seasonic, XFX or EVGA is probably a much better unit. Coolier master has a few really good PSU's but I'm not sure that's one of them. I can't find much info on the RS series. Probably because they're all in another language. As far as power specifications, you should be fine.
