Where can I see this PSU's wattage? And is it enough to powerup a PC with a GTX1050 Ti Palit 4GB GPU, 12 gig memory and a 500 GB Hard drive?

The 600 in the name (Rex Cool R4-600) is the wattage.

600w is plenty for a 1050ti

You look for amperage at 12V rail, multiply it by 12, result is wattage on 12V rail.
(22+24)*12=552W
The PSU is being marketed as 600W.

It should be able to support GTX 1050 Ti. But with those shady noname PSUs you're always risking your hardware.
