for my r9 390 + i5 4590 i dont wana do overclocking at momemnt. just wana know system going to be stable ?

Yeah, that PSU is fine and will be compatible with your build!

You have an adequate amount of watts on your PSU, (620Watts) which is enough!

&

You also have 48 amps on the 12+ volt rail, the R9 390 needs...

30A and a 550-600W psu minimum

You meet both of those requirements so you are fine, just make sure that the motherboard that you choose is compatible and so is the ram!
