Hi there, my friend is moving from the UK to the US in a few months and we were just trying to figure out if she'll need a new PSU for her PC, or just a new power cable or adapter for it.

The PSU she has is a Corsair CX750M, and it says the AC Input is 100V - 240V, so I'd guess it will be fine with the US 120V, but we just wanted to make sure, and wanted to know if it is ok, will this be detected automatically, or would she have to manually switch it to use the different voltage somehow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we haven't been able to find an answer through searching.

Thanks!

"Auto-switching circuitry provides universal AC input from 100V – 240V"

All is needed is a different cable to the wall.
