PSU Incompatible with motherboard

Am I correct?
The PSU has an ATX connector but the mobo has and EATX connector and a ATX 12V socket for cpu power

and the 20 pin ATX connector is incompatible with the EATX powered mobo

Ah i see okay so the vs 2 looks like it would be compatible with My mobo,
so version two has an Extended ATX connector along with a ATX 12V connector for the CPU?

Is EATX soley on Haswell supporting mobo's?

edit? Oh okay the EATX connector is just called an ATX connector on the PSU (its a 24 not a 20) and the version 2 GS 600 supports ATX 12v 2.3 compatible with haswell processors
