PSU is burnt, how to determine if other components are good?

So I was installing new cooler for CPU. After connect all cables, i pushed the power button and smokes were rised from case. I opened it up and my psu were melt and epu cable is burnt (It was melted and merged together with epu socket). My question is, how can i tell my cpu, ram, gpu and other components are harmed?

Other than visible physical signs of damage there is no way to tell without buying a new PSU and plugging it in and seeing what happens.

There are no physical signs of damage on cpu, ram and gpu except motherboard. Indeed i'm gonna get a new motherboard and PSU, after that it will be a lottery, huh?

The only other way you could find out if they are good is to test them in a known good computer one at a time.
