[SOLVED] Psu is dead

Hello i bought recently a psu a used one for 5 bucks .It did not have a cable so i had one home and tried it did not work i even tried it with 2 different ones also does not work.I know the cables work.Or could it be the psu it s just dead ?

What is your volts at your wall that requires 230 to 240 volts. Don't expect anything for 5 bucks.

The psu requires 220v at the wall.

i searched paperclip trick on youtube i did it the fan moved a litlle tiny bit and the psu did softly like a fss ii sound

i plugged in a hdd it worked but the fan did not spin

i also tried plugging in a crappy gpu i do not even know if the port is the correct one it did not detect the gpu i could not even tell if it outputed a signal because i do not have a dvid cable

Its possible the units fan turns off at low loads. In that case the fan will twitch on power up but turn off immediately.
