PSU Is Making Noises

My PSU is making a very loud grinding noise even while idling. I have the corsair CX500.

Replace it asap. Might be a fan going out, but psu's are dangerous to service, especially if you don't know what you are doing, I won't do it. PSU is also an item that I'd they go they can potentially take your system out too. So using the machine and don't use it until you can get a replacement unit in it.
