[SOLVED] PSU is turned on but PC isn't

my was fine until a day when it suddenly turned off, this happened for a few times until it never opened
when i open my pc PSU is running but everything else isnt, cpu fan, case fan, gpu.
so i was wondering, should i change my PSU? or is there a fix to it?

Even in a low-power rig, given the problems, I'd definitely suspect that dodgy PSU first.

i need to go buy a new psu and motherboard, the cpu power plug got fried, both cable and plug got melted together
