Question PSU is using 14w when switched off ?

I have a Be Quiet Pure Power 11 FM 650w PSU which is using 14w switched off and 33w switched on but pc is off.
Im confused why a PSU would use power even when the PSU power switch on the PSU is in the off position.

My other PSU, an EVGA Supernova 650 P2 uses 0w switched off, and 14w switched on but with the pc switched off.

Any useful comments ?
