PSU issues or Power button issues?

Hi there! I recently bought a Logisys CS706BK case and psu combo off of newegg. After moving my motherboard into the new case and hooking everything up, my pc won't boot. All that was happening was the green LED in my motherboard was coming on. No fans, no power leds, nothing. So, I tried using the reset button as the power button and nothing. I tried resetting the bios and nothing. I tried using the power button from my old case and nothing. I then thought it was a PSU problem. So I tried the PSU from my old case into the new one and nothing. I'm at my wits end, I'm about to call it quits and just sell my pc and start over. Help me Tom's Hardware, you're my only hope. Any suggestions as to what to do?

Specs: AMD A78E-M (Mobo), PSU: Up in the air atm, Card: Asus Radeon R9-270x, Generic 1tb HDD, AMD Trinity Quadcore A10 APU, and 2 4gb Crucial Ballistix ram sticks.

Yeah

Probably something silly like a cable plugged into the wrong spot, like the JFP1 cables.

Considering the case is a Logisys , the PSU is also probably a Logisys , and they are very very poor power supplies.

But his old PSU did not work either, so it must be something else wrong.
