PSU issues, possible replacement

My PC is having issues with some graphic intensive games and simply just shuts itself down. My temps were normal at very most reaching 50 c. So I suspected my PSU, I did a OCCT test on the psu, and instantly rebooted. So if anyone can give me some advice whether to replace it or not, anything is appreciated.

MOBO : Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION
RAM : 8gb (don't know the brand)
CPU : Intel i5 4690k
GPU : MSI GTX 980
HEATSINK : stock intel cooler
SSD : 120gb samsung
HDD : 500gb toshiba
PSU : Corsair CX 750w (Almost had it for about a year)
OS : Windows 10

cx series are low quality and notorious for problems. people are usually attracted to the lower prices, but you get what you pay for. definitely replace it, i wouldnt recommend cx in this type of system to begin with.
