PSU Lepa N500

i have PSU Lepa N500 (Lepa N500-A5) and i want to know if it is has enough power to run GTX-1060?
 
From the specs on the Lepa website, the supply is rated at 34A on a single +12V rail.
From this, it has plenty of power available for the GTX 1060 in a standard system.
The quality how ever is pretty suspect:
- They list Active PFC for EU models only (N500-SA-EU but not N500-SA). Active PFC is a basic requirement for and decent PSU.
- No 80 plus rating. This is a rating for efficiency, but any supply that can't meet the 80 plus requirements is usually terrible quality.

I would recommend you look at a better quality supply.
