Can I use a GTX 1080 Ti with a 570W PSU? (Only desktop use, no gaming.)

In theory, yes. But I've not heard of a 570w PSU as standard. Now if it's a Dell proprietary PSU, then i'd think of changing PSU. Dell PSU's for the most part, are junk.
