System Specs:

CPU: amd fx 8350 oc 4.5 GHz at 1.45v
Idle core temp 15°c
max core temp 42°c
Idle socket temp 32°c
Max socket temp 55°c
Cooler Zalman lq-310 liquid cooler
Motherboard: asrock extreme 3 970 r2.0
Ram: 2x4 gskill 1600mhz stock
GPU: Asus r9 270x 2gb
Sound card: Sound Blaster Z
HDD: 1tb Seagate 7200 rpm
Fans 2x 120mm led, 2x 120mm, 2x 84mm case side fans
PSU: coolmaster extreme 2 725w

The buzzing sounds like overhead electrical wires. It is not constant its just when its under load ( so far I have only tested this in prime 95 as I am seeing if the oc is stable). Does this indicate any problems?

Solution
some video cards and power supplys do this it called coil whine. try updating the bios on your mb and check that the mb sitting on the standoffs and the io shield is installed right. if it still has an issue I would replace it with a better model unit like a cosair or seasonic unit.
