PSU makes my house fuse tripping

So in the last two months my pc was unplugged two times. Once by table change once by cleaning my pc. When I finished my job and replugged my pc to the powercord it makes the room fuse go down from 5 attemps 3 times. But once is not, its working with no problem until the next unpluging.

My Setup is:
Asrock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer
I7 4790K
24gb Ram
GTX 980 Palit Super Jetstream
Samsung 850pro ssd
1TB HDD
be quiet! Silent Base 800
Lepa Maxbron B1000M 1000W

Anyone have a similar problem or solution?

Any way to test with a different psu? Maybe from a friend or ...
