PSU making buzzing noise

I have a Xenta 700w Non-Modular PSU. Sometimes when I turn my PC on, it randomly starts making a loud buzzing noise that originated from the PSU. I fix it by turning it off by the socket and turning it back on. This sometimes work but sometimes it doesn't. Should I consider a replacement or listen to any other solutions?

Never heard of that make, after quick search it seems like it's some really low end unit .

I thought of that to, but I've had this for the past 4 years and it's done me good so far.
