Hello, recently bought a nice pre-built PC and when it arrived and i plugged it in, it made a crackling noise near the PSU. Sent it back and just went to go pick it up today and it's still doing it. Tried 3 different sockets in my room and tried a different cable but all to no avail. PC seems to work but this is worrying me.

Only does it when it's turned on.

Here are specs:
Moederbord: H310 met LGA 1151 (Socket H4)
Processor: Intel i5-9400 F
PSU: 500 Watt SL-500 Plus
GPU: GTX 1660 SUPER 6GB
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2666 Mhz
Storage: 480GB SSD

I've posted a link to a short vid of me showcasing the sound.

The Inter-Tech power supply the builder used in your pc is the cheapest, low quality garbage they could find. It sells for about 20 euros and can not deliver its rated output of 500 watts and only outputs 360 watts on +12 volt. It's an unrated unit and lacks in basic safety features. Designed for nothing more than a cheap home office pc there is no way it is ok for a gaming system.

Thank you for the reply and help. Have contacted the company I bought it from and they're giving me a new PSU, so hopefully this time it'll work properly.
