Psu making loud noise (POOOWW)

So whenever i turned on my power psu suddenly makes a loud noise is the psu fault or any other component??

It's the PSU that's faulty so replace it before it fails altogether because if it does it could damage other components.

Don't buy a cheap one - - you need a good quality brand like Corsair or Seasonic.
