PSU making noise. Is this any major issue?

So recently my PSU Fan has been rattling and making some noises. I guess I need to lube the fan, but I don't really have the time. So my question is WILL THIS NOISE CAUSE ANY HARDWARE DAMAGES? The disturbance doesn't isn't really the factor, I'm more worried about it causing any damage to my hardware inside.

Could cause damage Yes , probably a bad fan\bearing.

New power supply , not a good idea to try and fix it.
