PSU making noise only when playing games

Hi there
My spec is:
CPU: i5 4690k without overclock
Motherboard: msi z97pc mate
GPU: gtx 660 gddr5 2gb 128
Ram: single 4gb 1333 or dual 8gb 1333
PSU: cooltek cvs 650 (http://www.cooltek.de/en/discontinued-products/power-supplies/33/cvs-650)
ssd 120 gb and hdd 500 gb

Without playing any game, everything is ok, but when I enter a game (poe, smite, dota2, cs go, anything) the PSU starts making a noise, like a fsing (fsssssssssssss). The sound is direct proportional with the intensity of details in game, not with how crowded is the image.
The PSU has 2-3 years and the sound started after ~4 months after i bought it. What I realized is that the noise is louder over months, now being kinda hard.
I don't have another PSU to test it and I don't know if I would buy a corsair VS Series VS450 would change anything.
Can i fix the curent PSU somehow or I need to buy a new one? If I need to buy, does corsair VS Series VS450 is ok? My budget i kinda low as can you see in my components.
Thanks for answer!

Edit: I had a gtx 650ti 1 year ago and it was the same problem.

I'd be tempted to replace the PSU instead of trying to work around it by changing a few settings.
It's obviously struggling to cope with high demand and that can't bode well for it's reliability prospects.
You don't want it to suddenly gasp it's last breath and take down other components with it.

Cooltek is not a brand we recommend here at THF anyhow - - - stick to those you see recommended on other PSU-related posts eg Corsair, Seasonic, Antec etc.
