PSU malfunctioning (weird noise)

Hello, i'm having a problem with my TopPower 650W (http://www.topower.com/product/TOP650W.html).

A few weeks ago it started to make this weird noise, (https://youtu.be/bsJ3_EZgoek). There's a link so you can check it out.
All my case's fans are doing ok, i know the sound its coming from the PSU. I've already opened it, to check if something wasnt well screwed, but everything seems just fine, in spite of some dust that i've already cleaned.

So it's dying or what?

It seems more like fan blades hitting metal rather than PSU dying. Try to unscrew fan a bit and power it up by shorting green and black wire on 24PIN connector.

Tried the jump test with the screws very tight and a bit loose, and it was the same. Somehow now it isnt making that awful sound, pretty weird. Thanks Robert!
