This Evga looks great😀 what will you choose Evga from url above, SeaSonic M12II-620, XFX Core Edition Pro 650W or Antec True Power Classic GOLD 650W 80PLUS ??i can buy one of this

The two XFX units are built by Seasonic and either one would be my choice over the M12II. Quality is very good for all three (2 XFX 1 Seasonic) so it is simply price.
Your harder choice is between the EVGA and the Antec, and having read the reviews on JohnnyGuru.com of the slightly larger EVGA (750) and the Antec I would be leaning towards the EVGA if I needed modularity, and the Antec if that modularity did not matter to me: Either one would be an excellent choice. The EVGA is manufactured by Super Flower and the Antec by Seasonic. Here are two reviews, one each, for those PSU's. Again, this might come down to price as both will be reliable and dependable.
