I'm trying to upgrade my refurbished computer from Staples and got a new PSU to power my new graphics card (the original build only had a integrated graphics card). Well long story short the holes on the PSU don't match up with the case. I tried flipping/angling it different ways and nothing is working. From what I'm finding online is that cases should be universal but this case isn't. I'm not sure what to do and I can't seem to find a PSU that has the same hole pattern as my case online. Please help!

Solution
First, not really a good psu you are replacing the stock unit with, it's really, really low on the list.
Second, the 8200 elite you have is a mini-tower and uses a proprietory psu, so yes, the screw holes will not line up, and neither will some of the more important connectors. I did manage to find a video that may or may not be of any use, depending Alot on your technical skills. It may just come down to you needing professional help with this from a trusted shop or pc repair store.

The only way to answer this is more info. Psus are only universal fit for certain classes, such as ATX, SFX, TFX, etc. So if you need an SFX psu and are trying to mount an ATX psu, it's not going to fit. Many of those refurbished pc's like gateway, HP, Dell or Lenovo etc are small form factor and have proprietary psus and pretty much require a direct replacement.

Not going to be much good without a) the case or model of pc info and b) the psu in question info.

This is my computer:

I'm adding this Graphics card to it:

And this is the Psu (I believe) I was trying to put into the computer:
