So I have been noticing my PSU has been making a sort of rattling noise. I have a powerspec 500 watt PSU and I noticed that it has been making this kind of rattling noise just randomly. I attached a recording of the noise that it makes. It doesn't seem to have specific correlation to when my pc is under stress. It sometimes starts making the noise as soon as my pc turns on and sometimes I don't notice a thing. Is this a normal expected noise? Would I be able to get it fixed? Would it count under my 5 year warranty? Any advice appreciated!

Other Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Asrock B450M Pro4
MSI GTX 970

Dirty mains? Can you try your PC on a completely different circuit?

I have seen (heard) anything from air compressors to EV chargers introduce electrical noise into the mains that manifests itself as audible noise in the PSU's safety caps.
