Psu not strong enought ?

The problem have is although my computer work stable at 4.6 ghz, 1.375 vcore with prime. But when in photoshop i open save for web option and move the image in the viewport, the pc hard freeze and i need to shut down and re open. The weird thing is when i drop the vcore to 1.356 the cpu is unstable in prime but in photoshop the problem is gone. What could it be other than a weak psu ?

msi 970-g46 is also not a good motherboard for overclocking an FX-8350.

Have you stability tested your overclock? (linpacks or priming)

What model PSU?

I have a feeling there are lots of problems to address here.

I'd certainly want more watts for overclocking that FX-8350. I'd be looking for quality 750W-850W.
