Question PSU on after shutdown

Last night I shut down my pc and noticed that the psu fan was still running, i ignored it and went to sleep. 6 hours later when I wake up its still on. I put it into shutdown too and now hybernate. This started occuring after installing a new graphics card, but I dont see why that would make a differance. The psu is 750w and more than capable of running my system.

We're going to need more information. What are the specs to your build? List them like so:

Chassis:
OS:

How old is the PSU? If wattage alone determined the quality and the cost of a build, then we'd all be choosing the cheapest PSU advertised to deliver 1KW of power from the wall. Might also want to include your GPU's past and present to understand if your power draw increased or decreased.

CPU: i5 9600k
Motherboard: msi b360 gaming plus
Ram: 16
SSD/HDD: not sure but its a 480gb ssd and 2tb hdd
GPU:rtx 2070, previous to this problem i had a gtx 1060 3gb
PSU:Cooler Master MasterWatt Lite 700W PSU
Chassis:not sure, pretty cheap.
OS: windows 10 64 bit

The psu, proccesor, motherboard were all bought a few months ago.
