Psu only has 3 8pin?

Hi

My 290s in xfire need 4 8pin but my greatpower 1200 psu only has 3 8pin, how can I connect to the power supply, only has 3 6pin and 3 8pin, and does it matter if I have blue and red (3 and 4 volts) going into the same card??
