So I was playing overwatch, and mid game my game crashed, computer started lagging really bad, and after a reset my resolution has been lowered, and I now I am having a 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)' on my gtx 760. I can still use the PC just no games. I've tried re-installing drivers, all bits and bops trying to fix a busted graphics card. No luck. My question now is if I can tell wether my GPU has failed, or my PSU has suddenly stopped being able to power it, without putting the parts in another pc! Thanks in advance .

TL;DR : can I tell if my graphics card is broke, or is has my power supply stopped being able to power it.

the only way to test the hardware without swapping it out would be a different software environment.
you can boot up into linux and use that OS as the test-bed for the hardware. if the hardware fails here its not software causing the issue.
Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
http://distrowatch.com/ has tons of differing linux distributions and download links. I personally am fond of linux mint with cinnamon.
https://rufus.ie/ the utility used to extract the ISO file to the USB drive.

use rufus to extract the selected ISO to the thumb drive. it will make the drive bootable and you can run linux from the drive once done.
Reboot into linux and proceed to test the hardware. connect to internet, watch videos, await problems.
if linux is good and stable the issue is most likely inside windows or otherwise software related.
this is a test of the hardware.

if this yields no information swapping of the PSU or GPU will be the next step.
