PSU, or me Being too worried

The situation: I get electric shocks from the chassis of my just-assembled PC even when it is not turned on. My PC was ungrounded. My totally new PSU is the super flower leadex gold 750W. This problem seems to completely disappear when I ground it.

Also, with this new build my monitor is making a small fan-like sound when turned on(ungrounded). If it is relevant , i do not have a GPU Installer yet.

Question: should I be worried? If yes: how should I investigate this \ proceed?

Check the outlet/multi-plug that you are using.
I had that same issue last year and it turned out that the extension cable I was using was faulty.

is your cassis on a carpert or in the sun?

dont worry about the powersupply, its best of the ebst quality

@petrossa cables seems fine when i plugin a coffee Machine.
@Ninja its on rubber feet on concrete floor.Not in the sun, the problem appeared last midnight as well.
